FAQ
Most do — coffee, food, mud, and salt respond very well to steam and extraction. We'll be honest about the exceptions: old dye transfers, bleach spots, and years-set stains can lighten but not always vanish. We'll assess on site before we start.
Roughly 2–3 hours for most vehicles, longer for larger SUVs, pet hair, or heavy soiling. You'll get a time estimate when you book.
Yes — add Pet Hair Removal when you book. It's genuinely labor-intensive (anyone who's fought golden retriever hair knows), which is why it's a dedicated add-on.
We clean around installed seats, and if you remove them before we arrive we'll deep-clean underneath. For safety, reinstalling child seats is left to you.
